Privacy & cookies

Your numbers stay in your browser.

Here is everything this site stores or sends.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Igor Mural. For questions, or to have your data deleted, email igormuralwork@gmail.com.

The numbers you type are never sent anywhere. All calculations run on your device.
Saved data stays on your device. "Save in this browser" and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage under kdpcalc.profile.v1 and kdpcalc.consent.v1. Clearing this site's data removes both.
Shared links. "Copy link to these numbers" puts your numbers after the # in the link. Browsers don't send that part to servers, and we don't pass it to Google.

What we collect. Only your email address and the page you signed up on (without your calculator numbers), and only if you sign up for the monthly KDP updates.
Who stores it. Your address is sent to and stored by Kit (kit.com), the service we use to send these emails, under the Kit privacy policy.
Confirm first. After you sign up, Kit emails you a confirmation link. You're only subscribed once you click it.
What we send. About one email a month on changes to KDP rules, printing costs and cover specs, and the KENP rate. We don't sell your address, share it for other people's marketing, or use it to train anything.
Unsubscribe or delete. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted completely, email igormuralwork@gmail.com.

We use the Google tag from Google Ads to measure visits that come from our ads and what those visitors do on this site. Google provides the tag and processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Before you choose, ad and analytics cookies are off (Google Consent Mode). Google can still receive basic signals without cookies, such as the fact that a page loaded.
If you click Accept, Google may set advertising cookies such as _gcl_au to connect your visit to an ad click.
If you click Decline, no advertising cookies are set.
We send Google the page address only, without anything after the #. Your calculator numbers are never included.

Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs so it can deliver the pages.

There's no AI in the calculations, and author data is never used to train anything. See the AI policy.
