- Spine text. Allowed from 80 pages. At 80 pages on white paper the spine is 0.180", which leaves 0.055" for text after 0.0625" on each side.
- Interior with bleed. If your interior images bleed, set the page size to 8.625" × 11.25" (trim + 0.125" wide, + 0.25" tall).
- Hardcover. KDP doesn't offer 8.5 × 11 as a hardcover size; this page covers paperbacks.
